Subscription FAQ
Subscription Basics
Unlike other games, you can try the entire app free on first launch—everything is unlocked and there are no ads during the first session. Ongoing access is via the optional Premium PLUS subscription (Try For Free included).
We continually update our apps to support the latest iOS devices. All Premium PLUS games are included—tap More Games in your app to view the full list.
If you ever have issues, please check this FAQ or reach out via the contact form. We typically respond within 24–48 hours on business days (longer on weekends/holidays).
With an active Premium PLUS subscription, tap the MORE GAMES button inside your game to see the included titles. We regularly add new games for the same one-low-price subscription.
After the trial, a monthly fee applies to continue Premium PLUS. If you cancel, access lasts until the end of the current billing cycle. Billing is managed in your Apple ID settings.
Access & Devices
Confirm the subscription is active in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on the device. If it doesn't appear active, ensure the correct Apple ID is signed in.
Please use the contact form so we can help troubleshoot. Include the Apple ID used for the purchase and any error messages you see when tapping Restore.
Sign in with Apple is optional and helps keep access in sync. You can delete the Apple account inside the app at any time. We never track or sell your data.
Billing & Account
You can cancel in your Apple subscription settings. Apple manages billing and renewals. If you cancel, you keep access through the current period. To cancel via Apple's help page, visit this link.
Important: If you cancel, you'll only retain access to the games originally included at the time of your subscription. To access newly added games later, you'll need to re-subscribe.
The Try For Free period unlocks all items, tools, and features without ads. After the trial ends, the subscription renews monthly unless canceled in your Apple settings.
